Carpmaster (fish off)

This will be the tournament at the end of the year to give away the money from carpmaster collected from every fisherman ($3.00). Fishers will be required to qualify for this tournament. In order to qualify a fisher must catch one of the 30 biggest fish of the year. In addition to catching one of these fish the qualifier must fish a total of 20 times. The date of this tournament will be set sometime in September of 2010. Details will be posted shortly after the first of the year.
